摘要: Objective: The objective of the present study was to learn about volumetric changes graft after maxillary sinus floor augmentation with Bio-Oss and autogenous bone from iliac crest or mandible in different ratios minipigs. Material methods: Bilateral performed 40 minipigs with: (A) 100% bone, (B) 75% 25% Bio-Oss, (C) 50% (D) (E) Bio-Oss. harvested composition selected at random placed concomitant implant placement. Computed tomographies sinuses were obtained preoperatively, immediately postoperatively, euthanasia 12 weeks. estimated using Cavalieri principle expressed as mean percentage a 95% confidence interval (CI). Results: volume reduced by 65% (95% CI: 60–70%), 38% 35–41%), 23% 21–25%), 16% 12–21%), 6% 4–8%). reduction significantly influenced ratio (P<0.001), but not origin (P=0.2). Conclusions: grafts is minipigs. better preserved addition bone. However, further studies are needed addressing amount new formation bone-to-implant contact before final conclusion can be made optimal bone.
