摘要: In order to gain information about the thickness of oily layer precorneal film, a clinical method measuring reflectivity film was developed. The entails use slit-lamp photometer measure at 2 selected wavelengths, 500 and 700 nm, 20 degrees incidence. Based on physical model acting as thin dielectric theory is given interpretation results in terms layer. 10 normal subjects mean (+/- SD) 4.06% 0.83) 3.16% 0.79) found respectively. A significant positive correlation between measurements wavelengths found. It shown, that these are consistent with 40 being most probable This value seems be accordance other experimental data. Objective reflectometry may provide an important new tool for study anteriormost part ocular surface.
