摘要: Aim The present study was examined the virucidal activity comparison between fresh charcoal ash (FCA) and slaked lime (SL) against avian influenza virus (AIV) Newcastle disease (NDV), using powder liquid forms, either in absence or presence of organic materials. In addition, both FCA SL were evaluated for persistence wet dry conditions stability solution. Materials Methods Two hundred milligrams powders mixed with 100 µl AIV NDV material 33% same time, 400 1%, 5%, 10% solution samples each then incubated at room temperature an indicated time. After that, stop sample 500 1M Tris-HCl pH 7.2. Each treatment titrated onto Madin-Darby canine kidney cells chicken embryo fibroblasts NDV, respectively, determining efficacy viral inactivation. under wet-dry condition examined. Results results demonstrated that form could inactivate even form, 5% Alongside, viruses. a shortest time when compared other concentrations. limited SL.
