Effects of charge compensator Li+ co-doping on the structure and luminescence properties of Cd2V2O7:Eu3+ red phosphors

摘要: Abstract A series of Cd2V2O7:Eu3+, Li+ red phosphors was prepared by a solid-state reaction method. pure Cd2V2O7 phase with monoclinic structure obtained heating to temperature range 600–850 °C. The effects Eu3+ doping and co-doping concentrations on the luminescence properties samples were investigated. Under excitation at 375 nm, as-prepared Cd2V2O7:Eu3+ exhibit emission peak 618 nm due 5D0→7F2 electronic transition Eu3+. are improved significantly addition as charge compensator compared phosphor. results indicate that phosphor could be promising in near ultraviolet-excited white light-emitting diodes for warm light.
