摘要: Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a strain of coronaviruses that causes disease 2019 (COVID-19). In these days, the spread SARS-CoV-2 virus through air has become controversial topic among scientists. Various organizations provide standard methods for monitoring biological agents in air. Nevertheless, there been no recommended method sampling and determination viruses This manuscript aimed at reviewing published papers detection corona viruses, especially SARS-Cov-2 as global health concern. It was found SARS-Cov present some samples were collected from patient's rooms hospitals. result warrants its airborne transmission potential. However, due to fact most reviewed studies, performed room, it seems difficult discriminate whether or transmitted droplets. Moreover, other disrupting factors such patient distance sampler, using protective oxygen masks by patients, activities, coughing sneezing during time, movement, conditioning, sampler type, conditions, storage transferring can affect results. About methods, used samplers PTFE filters, gelatin filers cyclones showed suitable performance trapping SARS-Co MERS-Cov followed PCR analysis.
