摘要: In summary, we have shown that MA is toxic to both 5-HT and DA cells proposed a mechanism would account for this response, namely, the conversion of transmitters neurotoxins. addition, brain depletions seem regionally specific with larger occurring in some areas than others. The depletions, however, do not depend entirely on nuclei origin, is, substantia nigra versus VTA. was depleted by different amounts various regions examined although proportional were consistently greater. reasons differential sensitivity systems effect speculative, but may be related formation toxins due differing availability oxygen superoxides at serotonergic dopaminergic synapses.
