摘要: Multi-walled carbon nanotubes were evaluated as sorptive packing material for in-tube microextraction (ITEX2) in combination with GC-MS the analysis of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes, and naphthalene aqueous samples. For method development, a three-level full factorial design experiment (DoE) was performed incorporating extraction temperature, number strokes, flow. The statistical development showed that all considered parameters significantly affected yield. Furthermore, it shown some factors interacted each other, which indicates advantage using DoE development. thereby optimized ITEX2 protocol validated regarding its linear dynamic range, detection limit (MDL), precision. MDLs investigated analytes ranged between 2 ng L−1 11 p-xylene. relatively low MDL obtained naphthalene, despite comparably air–water partitioning, can be explained by strong interaction nanotubes. All are at least comparable to previous reports on techniques, emphasizing both quality highly promising sorbent characteristics applied three real samples, demonstrated good recoveries from tap water, bank filtrate, an effluent wastewater treatment plant.
