摘要: The human immunodeficiency retrovirus (HIV), recognized widely as the causative agent of AIDS, was discovered over 25 years ago and is one most highly studied viruses all time. In 1980s through mid 1990s, only a few treatment options were available contracting this virus usually resulted in death. Since introduction mid-1990s HAART (Highly Active Anti-Retroviral Therapy), disease has become manageable for many people who can tolerate new drugs (1, 2). This review article will describe way that works highlight points intervention small molecules have been developed to stop from replicating.
