摘要: Abstract Teaching is a complex art that takes courage to commit to, particularly in the face of stressed students, crowded curricula, tensions preparation for graduate role, and ongoing educator shortages. My colleagues I have been taking on this challenge by imbuing our teaching nursing with more passion. As Parker Palmer (1998, p. 144), renowned educationalist once said: "The growth any craft depends shared practice honest dialogue among people who do it. We grow trial error, be sure – but willingness try, fail, as individuals are severely limited when we not supported community encourages such risks". This work underpinned pedagogy Transformative Learning (TL). At its heart interested problematic practices keep afflicting discipline nursing, pondering revising educational solutions.
