摘要: The majority of the world population is physically inactive or insufficiently active to benefit from exercise practice. This study analyzed psychological differences according frequency practice and predictors included 454 exercisers Bodybuilding, Cardio-Fitness, Rhythm Activities, a fitness center in Portugal. It was evaluated personal variables participants.
