摘要: High conversion efficiency and quantum is essential for the phosphor in an efficient phosphor-based white light LEDs. Here, based on coherent harmonic random independent emitter model, we demonstrate theoretically that silicon nanoantenna array can dramatically enhance output power of emitters a layer by investigating far-field radiation enhancement electric dipole assisted nanopillars waveguide structure. Compared with plasmonic silver array, increase factor extraction (LEE) over 50% source at wavelength 620 nm, thus showing potential applications The enhanced LEE ascribed to low-loss directional scattering nanoantennas strong guided mode resonances caused their array. calculation results also indicate be tailored significantly changing aspect ratio while presenting good directivity. Our research expected give more insights into design optimization solid-state lighting, gaining lasing systems integrating silicon-based nanoantennas.
