摘要: Severe trauma and burn injury are often associated with a life-threatening systemic inflammatory response, only to be followed by severe infections. Although many parameters of the immune system depressed or altered, innate has been directly correlated infections in these patients. The plays an important role both response defense against These types sequelae suggest that at any particular point time, depending upon patient status, either hyperactive suppressed polymorphonuclear neutrophil (PMN) may detected. In fact, this dichotomy shown occur numerous published studies.
