摘要: Microstructures of high-Tc Bi-based superconductors in a disk form and tape sheathed by Ag are examined SEM TEM. The specimens were prepared the sol-gel method compact with few cavities. Bi-2212 or Bi-2223 grains grow short heating times leading to rapid increases magnetization. However, magnetization drops further due formation 2201 areas 2212 matrix 2223 together amorphization within matrix. In conventional powder processing methods, thin plate-like large some cavities among them. Jc grain growth then slowly as occurs.
