摘要: Toxoplasma gondii can infect a wide variety of warm-blooded animals, including bats. Limited information on T. infection in bats is available China. The objective the present study was to determine prevalence and genetic diversity southern A total 608 representing 12 species, 120 Aselliscus stoliczkanus, 59 Myotis chinensis, 11 Miniopterus schreibersii, 53 Rhinolophus affinis, 32 pusillus, 81 Hipposideros armiger, 28 fulvus, Cynopterus brachyotis, 14 sphinx, 45 Eonycteris spelaea, 109 larvatus, 24 Taphozous melanopogon, were collected from Yunnan Guangxi provinces, They examined for presence DNA by amplification B1 gene using nested PCR, positive samples genotyped at loci (SAG1, 5′- 3′-SAG2, alternative SAG2, SAG3, BTUB, GRA6, c22-8, c29-2, L358, PK1 Apico) multilocus polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technology. Fifty-nine (9.7%) these detected PCR but only five completely typed all loci; which 4 samples, 2 A. H. belonged ToxoDB Genotype #10, other one larvatus identified as #9 (http://toxodb.org/toxo/). To our knowledge, this first report molecular detection characterization results show that are potential reservoirs transmission, may pose threat human health.
