摘要: 1. Methods are reported for the cultivation of harpacticoid copepods in laboratory and their utilization genetic research. 2. Experimental evidence has been obtained that certain ecological parameters, such as salinity temperature, act powerful selective agents. This demonstrated by considering effects physical environment on visible polymorphism well concealed variability. 3. The first results a series experiments show biotic factors can play role which is at least much effective played factors. 4.
