摘要: Abstract Objectives Ethanol has been considered as a lifestyle risk factor for cancer in humans. While some studies have indicated that alcohol intake preventive effect renal cell cancer, others not. The metabolism of cells may be many ways different than healthy tissue and its disturbances could associated with carcinogenesis. aim this study was to compare the normal by measurement ADH isoenzymes ALDH activities these tissues. Material methods material consisted 43 cancerous tissues (14 patients stage II, 19 III 10 IV). Class IV total were measured photometric method class I II fluorometric class-specific fluorogenic substrates. Results activity isoenzyme significantly higher every compared Analysis did not show statistically significant differences between cells. Conclusion increased especially ALDH, intensifying carcinogenesis because increasing ability highly carcinogenic acetaldehyde formation causing disorders biologically important substances.
