摘要: This study was conducted to analyze the clinical and radiographic results of isolated acetabular revisions during which intact femoral stems were retained. Twenty-nine hips 26 patients who followed up for a minimum 3 years examined. The average time from primary operation revision surgery 9.2 years, follow-up after 5 years. Harris hip scores improved 56.4 89.8 points surgery, in all cases, components assessed as stable at final follow-up. length service 14.2 In conclusion, we recommend that be considered cases with an component failure component.
