摘要: Moyamoya disease is a rare but well described entity which has been found in the angiographic investigation of subarachnoid hemorrhage, its most common symptom adults. We present 4 patients whom moyamoya and an intracranial saccular aneurysm were discovered. In 2 3 suffering was source bleeding. Three aneurysms located at basilar artery bifurcation. recommend careful search for concomitant all with hemorrhage found. believe these should be treated as though
