摘要: The plane elastostatic problem of a symmetrically branched crack in an infinite isotropic body loaded by normal stresses perpendicular to the main axis at infinity was studied using method complex potentials. reduced system three singular integral equations. By means approximation integrals through Gauss and Lobatto numerical quadrature procedures, these equations were transformed into linear equations, which can be readily solved. stress intensity factors tips computed directly from solution above compared with already existing experimental solutions.
