摘要: I. INTRODUCTION Since 1940 many spectroscopic techniques have been discovered and refined to further investigations into the electronic structure of atoms molecules. Most these, however, measure differences in absorption electromagnetic energy various wavelengths which are turn related atomic or molecular phenomena. In photoelectron spectroscopy (Auger, Electron Impact, Penning Ionization) a liberated ejected electron is examined. Therefore, technique sensitive ionization processes parameters governing electron-molecule interaction. It thus provides separate distinctly unique approach probing structure.
