摘要: This chapter reviews various physico–chemical techniques applied to pollutants for their removal from wastewater. A particular focus is given coagulation–flocculation, chemical precipitation, ion exchange, adsorption, membrane filtration and electrochemical treatments. The main particularities, advantages disadvantages of the described are presented. Coagulation–flocculation precipitation can be treatment wastewater with metal concentrations higher than 1000 mg/L. Ion exchange adsorption recognized as effective economic methods pollutant wastewaters at in range <10–100 Membrane only feasible special technological tasks because high costs.
