摘要: Summary 1.Twenty stomachs were studied for acid phosphatase content by the postincubation coupling technique of Seligman and Rutenberg. 2.The enzyme was found only in cytoplasm epithelial lining cells never nuclear structure. 3.The stain tended to be more intense deeper parts gastric glands absent submucosa. 4.Study from patients with duodenal ulcer, gastritis, pernicious anemia polyp, cancer revealed considerable variation staining. 5.There no significant alteration normal concentration either tumor-bearing or tumor-free portions cancerous benign ulcer gastritis. 6.In a premalignant condition, distribution stomach similar that other diseases studied.
