摘要: RATIONALE Screening of drugs from urine samples can be non-selective or laborous, using either immunological, gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) liquid chromatography (LC)/MS methods. Therefore, a rapid screening method for selected in sample was developed proof-of-principle manner, utilizing simple and fast techniques both treatment analysis. METHODS Sample treament spiked performed with microextraction by packed sorbent (MEPS). Five different materials (C2, C8, C18, M1 (cation exchanger), Sil (pure silica)) were tested the MEPS. The analysis circular microchip 60 micropillar electrospray ionization (μPESI) tips combined mass spectrometer (either triple-quadrupole ion-trap spectrometer) without any chromatographic step. RESULTS The treatment/analysis setup three drug compounds at concentration 1 μM. We found that C2, C8 C18 sorbents combination 96% alkaline methanol as an eluent worked best. All easily detected identified MS/MS samples. whole qualitative analytical procedure together MS took about 5 min per sample. CONCLUSIONS A developed, providing adequate selectivity sensitivity, well short total cycle time. This new provide alternative purposes, extraction steps could totally automatized.
