摘要: The effect of hot band annealing processes, namely simulating batch and continuous annealing, on microstructure, texture, grain boundary character r-value ferritic stainless steel was investigated. displayed a highly elongated ribbon-like structure pronounced deformation texture. fully recrystallized grains were observed after while the “typical” rolled remained annealing. Also, α-fibre texture formed during rolling almost disappeared weak γ-fibre obtained. By contract, very stable After cold recrystallization favorable achieved in annealed steel. Instead forming notably shifted toward {223} Finally, improvement drawability with high low Δr-value also sheet through initial process.
