摘要: Optical transmittance and anisotropy of anodic oxide films that were made from pure aluminum an alloy (A5052) studied. The film exhibits enhanced polarization function, particularly when anodization is carried out at a large current density. It was revealed by chemical analysis the contains larger amount unoxidized than pure-aluminum film. function can be elucidated considering particles are arranged in columnar structure alumina Electron microscope observation showed many holes exist film, around which cells irregularly. Such irregular cell arrangement cause increase aluminum, consequently induces scattering loss.
