摘要: Die wachsende Uberalterung der Bevolkerung und die dadurch bedingten sozialen, medizinischen auch okonomischen Konsequenzen in den meisten westlichen Industrienationen rucken zunehmend Fokus Offentlichkeit. So ist mittlere Lebenserwartung Deutschland letzten 100 Jahren um nahezu das Doppelte angestiegen (◘ Abb. 14.1). Diese Entwicklung geht hauptsachlich auf verbesserte Hygiene, Reduzierung Neugeborenenmortalitat effektivere Therapie Prophylaxe akuter Krankheiten im Erwachsenenalter zuruck. Aufgrund dieser spielen gesundheitliche, soziale psychologische Probleme alterer Menschen eine immer grosere Rolle Klinik Forschung. Aber nicht nur nimmt zu, sondern durch geanderte individuelle Lebensplanungen wirksame Kontrazeptionsmoglichkeiten wird Zeitpunkt Familiengrundung ein hoheres Alter hinein verschoben, dem Fertilitat zumindest des weiblichen Partners bereits deutlich eingeschrankt ist.
