摘要: The molecular mechanisms and, in particular, the role of cytokines involved process metastasis, though one most important aspects cancer research, are largely unknown. In order to metastasize, a malignant cell has detach from primary tumor, invade extracellular matrix and blood or lymphatic vessels, arrest circulatory system, extravasate into target organs, initiate tumor growth. This multistep may involve interactions between metastatic cells local environment, where cytokines, chemokines, angiogenetic factors, other factors produced by tumor-infiltrating will influence control different ways.
