摘要: Si/Ge core/shell nanowire heterostructures have been expected to provide high energy and power densities for lithium ion battery anodes due the large capacity of Si electrical ionic conductivities Ge. Although anode performances characterized, degradation has not thoroughly investigated. Here we report compositional structural changes heterostructure over cycling lithiation delithiation at different charging rates. The holds core shell structure a rate 0.8 A g−1 up 50 cycles. On other hand, intermixing loss occur 20 within operation condition-dependent provides new aspect materials research development performance with long cycle life.
