摘要: Biodiversity partitioning means that the biodiversity of all individuals in a given meta- community may be split into diversity within and between local communities. In this work we adopt measures based on deformed exponential transformation Tsallis entropy to analyze Po River Delta. Several are investigated with varying importance rare species. Mixed effects models then used investigate variation fixed such as vegetation cover sediment type random ruled by nested sources variability.
