摘要: The effects of MIF-I (Pro-Leu-Gly-NH2) were examined in three experimental conditions which the opiate antagonist naloxone is active. was found to block analgesic enkephalins and also morphine tail-flick test but not vas deferens assay. Unlike naloxone, did seem reduce food intake VMH-lesioned rats. results suggest possibility that may represent a class naturally occurring antagonists with varying activities independent situations.
