摘要: Abstract This study investigates the annealing effect on damping properties of melt-spun Ti51Ni49 ribbon by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). Both as-spun and 200 °C annealed ribbons with abundant nano-sized Guinier–Preston (GP) zones exhibit conspicuous martensitic transformation internal friction (IF) peaks in DMA tests. The capacity measured a thin film tension clamp is better than that bulk specimen single cantilever clamp. at ≥400 °C disc-like Ti2Ni precipitates possess lower plate-like GP zones.
