摘要: Objective The purpose of this study was to discuss the concept delaying use chlorhexidine mouthrinse (CHX) until some time after dentifrice. Method and materials Sources included 13 electronic databases, 7 international drug reference books, World Wide Web; references all relevant papers; further information requested from authors organizations. Inclusion criteria were a predefined hierarchy evidence. Study validity assessed with checklists. Two reviewers independently screened sources, extracted data, validity. Results CHX, cation, interacts forms salts low solubility antibacterial activity anions, such as sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) monofluorophosphate (MFP). CHX MFP are not compatible in clinically concentrations vitro. A 30-minute interval between SLS rinsing gave significantly reduced antiplaque effect whereas 2 hours neutralizing disappeared. Rinsing dentifrice slurry produced increased plaque score compared water. In regard tooth staining by mouthrinses, before showed reduction 18%, followed about 79%. Literature relating interaction is limited; more controlled microbiologic clinical studies needed certify inaccuracy modality administration. Conclusion To optimize it seems best that toothbrushing be than 30 minutes, cautiously close brushing.
