摘要: In this study the wear volume map is obtained and considered for evaluation of abrasive performance polyamide (PA6) PA6 composites. Polyamide composites were tailored using 25 wt.% glass bead, 20 talc 30 wollastonite fillers. work, influence filler materials, abrasion surface roughness applied loading values on evaluated. Experimental tests carried out at atmospheric condition pin-on-disc rig arrangement. Tests performed under 4, 6, 8 10 N load values, traveling speed 1 m/s 5, 45 μm. Wear maps results showed that lowest rate PA reached bead filler. Furthermore, also higher surface, rate. Finally it concluded process mechanism include ploughing delimitation tips.
