摘要: Clinical Audit is a term which has acquired different meanings over time in relation to health care quality. Ten years ago the National Institute for Excellence (NICE, 2002) published first manual of Audit, with classical definition “Clinical audit quality improvement process that seeks improve patient and outcomes through systematic review against explicit criteria implementation change”.
