摘要: There is comprehensive work on the tribological properties and lubrication mechanisms of oil lubricant used textured surfaces, however use grease surfaces rather new. This research article presents an experimental study frictional behaviours lubricated sliding contact under mixed conditions. The influences surface texture parameters were investigated using a disc-on-ring tribometer. results showed that friction coefficient largely dependent parameters, with higher lower density resulting in at fixed depth. sample 15% depth 19 μm exhibited best all conditions because it can store more trap wear debris. reduction mainly attributable to formation stable film composed film, transfer deposited hydrodynamic pressure effect texture, which increases mating gap reduces probability asperity contact. result will help understanding behaviour predicting bearings for better operation any machinery.
