摘要: Muscle contraction originates from the sliding of myosin filaments on actin filaments, energy for which is supplied by hydrolysis adenosine-5-triphosphate (ATP) myosin. The nucleotide first binds to acto-myosin complex in head (or subfragment-1), producing a conformational change induces dissociation. release phosphate (Pi) then allows return strong actin-myosin association, corresponding rigor state.
