摘要: This study investigated the behavior of drivers in traffic regarding time-headway (THW), specially under foggy weather conditions. The purpose was to test hypothesis that conditions keep closer car ahead order it sight as a point orientation - terms THW, they drive with less THW. In real traffic, complexity THW regulation dictates both speed and distance can not be examined which is why driving simulators, handling preceding vehicles control, were used for this research. tested also assumes attach themselves, if accelerates therefore threatens go out sight. findings indicated did exhibit constant any while convoy no held, even vehicle front held speed.
