摘要: Abstract A new single phase of composition Bi3NbO7 has been isolated in the binary system Bi2O3–Nb2O5. X-ray crystal diffraction studies have shown that crystallizes cubic system, space group Fm 3 m, with unit-cell parameter a = 5.4788(9) A. The structure determined, and final reliability index is R 0.027. exhibits defect fluorite-type 12.5% anion vacancies appears to show disorder both anionic cationic lattices. study by electron high resolution microscopy presence an incommensurate lattice. shows good behavior as ionic conductor up 875°C without any transition deduced from impedance measurements.
