摘要: AbstractIn this study we characterized the elastic properties of normal bovine bladder throughout fetal life, newborn period and into adulthood. The elasticity was measured with a novel circularly clamped testing system. Pressurization tissue sample caused to deflect upward repetitively in shape spherical cap. If centerline deflection is much larger than thickness, modulus, considered inverse compliance, can be determined using linear regression techniques.The results our analyses showed that modulus decreases direct proportion increasing gestational age.
