摘要: Abstract The collective Hamiltonian is idealized by making a harmonic approximation for the motion perpendicular to fission path. This done within properly defined set of coordinates. frequency transverse oscillations depends on coordinate which leads coupling between two degrees freedom. Its influence discussed language scattering theory. Using Born approximation, formulas transmission amplitudes are deduced. These applied simple example. All calculations analytically, taking into account variation inertia mode.
