摘要: The WCCo/PCD (Diamond Dispersed Cemented Carbide—DDCC) manufactured with the use of PPS (pulse plasma sintering) are modern materials intended for cutting tools benefits tungsten carbides and polycrystalline diamonds. Nevertheless, performance DDCC currently not recognized. Thus this study proposes evaluation technological effects a precise groove turning process hard-to-cut AlSi13MgCuNi alloy tools. conducted studies involved measurements machined surface topographies after grooving different parameters. In addition, tool life wear tests inserts were during obtained results compiled values reached machining cemented carbide It was also proved that enables 5 times longer almost 3-fold increase path compared to H3 H10 inserts. Ultimately, feed value f = 0.15 mm/rev speed in range 800 m/min ≤ vc 1000 can be defined as an optimal parameters, enabling maximization improvement quality.
