摘要: This paper presents the results of a prospective observational cohort study investigating referral practices to six specialized pain centres (SPCs) in 303 patients with headache (HD), low back (LBP), and neuropathic (NP). The was divided into three parts. Part 1: health care history (contacts general practitioners specialists, further referrals, time spans, therapies) before first contact SPC. 2: Reality therapy management SPC (patients' attrition, interdisciplinarity novel therapeutic strategies instigated). 3: Follow-up assessment levels (NRS, SES), disability scores (PDI), QoL (SF 12), anxiety depression (HADS) at 0, 6 12 months. Using an ordinal linear regression model, factors predicting good treatment outcome were identified. On average it took 3 years symptoms consultation GP. median period from sensations until appointment years. Nearly half referrals specialists or SPCs initiated by non-professional. In medication changed 71% cases. Care interdisciplinary only 32%. At months after SPC, 20% had improved respect psychometric data. A high degree chronicity, pain-associated surgeries social support negative predictors for outcome.
