摘要: Deep philosophies of Yoga and meditation are the various theories about human mind ways works. Yoga, mindfulness, mentalization three related concepts often used interchangeably. Both mindfulness metacognitive which is defined simply as reflective cognition or knowing (Koriat 2000, p. 149). As concepts, they shed light on higher qualities like empathy compassion well a variety psychotherapeutic phenomena, including some aspects transference (the thoughts feelings aroused in patient his/her therapist) countertransference therapist patient). It amazing to see progress neural sciences exploring explaining these an ongoing manner. Some them, discussed later this chapter, mentalizing areas brain mirror neurons (discovered by Rizzolatti et al. 1996) can be called experiential because map our experiences form impressions perceived actions others their meanings.
