摘要: AbstractIn wet granulation, determining the process variables which play an essential role in granule quality is crucial for optimizing manufacturing process. An L16(25) fractional factorial experimental design using table of orthogonal arrays was employed order to estimate relative intensity influences five on granulation a high-speed mixer granulator. Total volume and formulation binder solution, blade rotation speed, time, amount powder supplied into granulator were selected as decisive formation granules. Granule yield, geometrical mean size uniformity evaluated representative properties quality.
