摘要: Epithelial cells of adenoid origin were grown in tissue culture to examine viral replication that are the primary target many human pathogens. These remained highly differentiated, with subpopulations which retained active ciliary motility and others demonstrated specialized secretory functions. The epithelial permissive for growth influenza A virus. Primary respiratory provide a model system examining virulence, cell tropism, receptors replicate nasopharynx.
