摘要: Roll coating is at the heart of production films which can be com posed many layers To achieve a desirable thickness operating parame ters, such as roll speeds, size and minumum gap width, have to specified Due intractability problem by analytical methods, numerical techniques used In present work Lubrication Approximation Theory (LAT) employed solution achieved using Newton-Raphson iterative scheme determines both unknown priori flow domain interface locations for combination The analysis also provides layer thicknesses after split ting, pressure distribution, separating force, torque, power consumption temper ature rise. A parametric study based on viscosity ratio double-layer sheet presented.
