摘要: The Shibetsu River Restoration Project intends to reestablish a historic meander pattern by connecting 3.5-km channelized reach with series of oxbow lakes that were previously isolated channel straightening. Prior full-scale construction, remeandering experiment (pilot) was conducted upstream the project segment assess methods for and ecological responses remeandering. Large wood (LW) structures also installed in experimental reach. LW placement large lowland river is first undertaken Asia, it has rarely been elsewhere. In this report, we present an overview fish experiment.
