摘要: Islet cell Ag 512 (ICA512) is a recombinant human that was isolated from an islet cDNA expression library by screening with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus sera. Specificity of reaction diabetic sera demonstrated initially immunoprecipitation small number and normal serum samples. To permit quantitative rapid testing, ICA512 purified adapted to ELISA format. In this way, sensitivity 48% newly diagnosed has been measured panel 80 DNA sequencing ICA512-3, contains 1644 bp open reading frame, suggests it codes for transmembrane protein having single membrane-spanning segment cytoplasmic domain closely related the first intracellular (catalytic) T tyrosine phosphatase, CD45. Northern blot analysis poly(A)+ RNAs several tissues indicates mRNA expressed in brain pancreas.
