摘要: Dielectric dispersion of [NH 2 (CH 3 ) ] Sb Cl 9 (DMACA) and Br (DMABA) single crystals is investigated over the frequency range 5 × 10 to 8 Hz. The dielectric behaviour DMABA determined by properties two relaxators: a low-frequency relaxator in MHz region revealing critical slowing down high-frequency GHz region. response DMACA crystal can be well fitted Debye law with only one which obeys classical characteristic second-order phase transition
