Dialogue between Moscow teachers and parents about the quality of preschool education

摘要: Involvement of parents and teachers into decision making about evaluation criteria allows to establish partnership relations, confidence awareness in implementation preschool education programs. Such dialogue is necessary at the stage transition new norm, national standards. In order reveal concepts good kindergarten, research was carried out (anonymous survey using standard toolkit European Quality Seal international project). The participants were 57 284 from 26 Moscow schools with full-day groups. point view 18 experts field presented additionally. general, proposed are important for respondents all categories. Teachers demonstrate higher mean values comparison parents. often have same value these or those provisions: participation learning process as well fee not important. Child-adult interaction, child’s well-being safety main priorities. partially agree concerning most least significant criteria: among important, together well-being, individualization free play time highlighted. results can provide an objective ground between teachers, parents, authorities both level ECEC service municipal, regional, federal system levels.
